Certified copies of Missouri birth and death certificates can be obtained at Carroll County Health Department. Birth certificates are available from 1920 to the present at the cost of $15.00 each; Death certificates are available from 1980 to the present at the cost of $14.00 for the first copy and $11.00 for any additional copies at the time of request.  Cash, check, debit/credit card **is accepted for payment of certificates. Driver’s license, state issue identification card, or other acceptable documentation for identification is required. ** A $2.00 fee is charged by the bank for debit/credit card transactions
